OUR TEAM

More than 30 years of hands-on experience in the kitchen and bath industry shapes my approach to every project. Working closely with both clients and contractors, I focus on developing the overall style, color palette, and functionality of each space while thoughtfully responding to questions and refining details along the way. I believe the success of a kitchen is found in the details—thoughtful task lighting, under-cabinet and decorative lighting, and precise appliance placement all play a major role in how a space looks and functions.

Bringing years of professional design experience from my time in New York, I create spaces that are both functional and deeply personal as a Certified Kitchen Designer. My projects range from kitchens and baths to mudrooms, pantries, and built-in areas throughout the home. Each day is varied, balancing design and planning at my desk with job site visits, client meetings, vendor coordination, and problem-solving. While experience matters, I believe the best designs begin with listening. I spend time learning how clients live, cook, and gather, often starting with hand sketches and early collaboration to bring ideas to life in a way that feels thoughtful and authentic.

Over ten years of hands-on experience in countertop fabrication and studio management inform my work as the Studio Director at Kitchen Cove. Early mornings are when I do my best work, which is why I’m often one of the first to arrive at the studio. My days frequently include heading to job sites for countertop templates or installs, or accompanying clients to view and select stone. Over time, I’ve grown my skills and developed a genuine passion for the world of kitchens and interiors.

Bringing together formal interior design training and years of hands-on project management experience, I’ve spent my time at Kitchen Cove as Project Management Lead developing detailed installation documentation, specifications, and plans for every project we create. As I step back into the design side of the business, my work is inspired by the people behind each project, the unique challenges every space presents, and the opportunity to blend thoughtful functionality with unexpected design moments.

No two days look exactly the same in my role as a Project Coordinator. My work includes client communication, scheduling, managing logistics, and acting as a liaison between clients, designers, and vendors. While I’m not a designer, I find it incredibly inspiring to watch a vision come together piece by piece. I’m motivated by the challenge of coordinating all the moving parts and find it rewarding to help bring each space to life smoothly and successfully.

With a background in event planning, I bring strong project management and client service skills to my role as a Project Coordinator. My days are a mix of collaboration, organization, and independent work, including designer meetings—both client-facing and internal—and the occasional job site visit. I work closely with the design team to create proposals and contracts, manage timelines, track logistics, and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and vendors. A love of design brought me to kitchens and interiors, and I’m really enjoying this new chapter.
