Why we love it:

This 1926 Cape Elizabeth home has been thoughtfully renovated to support the everyday rhythms of a busy family, with a focus on warmth, simplicity, and timeless design. The kitchen features classic white cabinetry and sea-glass-toned backsplash tile that brings a subtle layer of color and texture. Calacatta quartz countertops run throughout the kitchen and scullery, adding a soft elegance and a sense of continuity between spaces. Brass hardware adds warmth and refinement, while a Galley Workstation at the peninsula introduces flexible function at the heart of the home. 

While the layout and materials have been updated for modern living, the design still honors the charm and character of the original home. Across the primary bath, guest bath, laundry room, and pantry, thoughtful details and a cohesive palette create spaces that feel fresh, functional, and completely at home within the framework of the home.
