Project Coordinator // My calendar is dotted with meetings with the designers - client meetings and one-on-ones, as well as occasional job site visits. Plus plenty of independent work at my computer. I work with the designers to create proposals and contracts, manage timelines, track logistics, maintain good communication with contractors, clients, and vendors, keep excellent notes and records, and provide good overall customer service.
My background is in events - I have 15 years of experience in higher education and 12 years in wedding planning and design. A love of design and a strong skill set in project management brought me to kitchens and interiors and I'm loving this new chapter.
Seeing a project from beginning to end - it's so rewarding to be a part of the journey every step of the way and see it all come to fruition. I also love the diversity and variety in all of our clients and projects.
